In a perfect world

I'm starting to think the network is rigging it to put all of the epic old movies on when I'm home by myself with nothing else to do but watch telly. Not that I'm complaining. Although I keep missing the first 20 mins of them. I just watched A Perfect World and it was amazing, so fricken amazing.I'm pretty sure I said last time that Thelma and Louise was my new favourite movie, but I've changed my mind. This thing has everything I adore in fiction, books and movies. It's got an escaped convict with a gun that he ain't hesitate to use, and a dark, troubled, misterious past and yet somehow still manages to be a genuienely Good Man.An then you've got an eight year old little boy who somehow manages to be adorable, believable and not annoying all at the same time. Then there was also the police story line which wasn't as interesting , but had still succeded in catching and holding my attention by the end of the movie.sigh. The end of the movie was one of those endings where you wish it didn't have to end that way, but at the same time, it's kind of perfect. I'm realising I could go on and on about this movie all night, so I'm going to stop here before I end up recounting the whole storyline. Basically it's brilliant. Go watch it.
